What is Mehler Systems’ SCILT?
Mehler Protection describes SCILT LAND as an active counter-UAV system for protecting land vehicles against small drones, including FPV drones and loitering munitions. UAV means unmanned aerial vehicle; counter-UAV and counter-drone describe the same broad field of protection.
The manufacturer positions SCILT as a final protective layer between wider-area air defence and passive vehicle protection. It combines sensing, control, and active countermeasures on the platform.
